How can I refund a customer?
You are able to refund customers in the web app! See the video below:
Refund the Customer
To issue a refund for a customer, you will click the 'Actions' button on the reservation, click 'Refund' and then you'll be able to manually refund whatever amount you want by editing the total refund amount. If the refund amount is grayed out and unable to be edited, or there is a message highlighted in yellow, this is because the funds still need to settle before allowing you to issue a partial refund (the funds normally take about 24 hours to settle).
