How do I refund a Add-On?

There are a few different ways to do this:

 

1. Edit the Main Invoice

  1. Login to the admin account, click on contacts, and search the name for that reservation.
  2. Click "view" and then "view reservation"
  3. Under the reservation charges tab, there's a blue button called "edit main invoice charges".
  4. You can remove the add-on from this screen. Make sure you hit save!

2. Refund the Customer

To issue a refund for a customer, you will click the 'Actions' button on the reservation, click 'Refund' and then you'll be able to manually refund whatever amount you want by editing the refund amount at the bottom of the pop-up screen. If the refund amount is grayed out and unable to be edited, this is because the funds still need to settle before allowing you to issue a partial refund (the funds normally take about 24 hours to settle).
