How To Help Slow Loading In The App

If your business is having slow load times in the app this article will help you troubleshoot issues you might be experiencing.

 

 

 

 

 

To perform a basic speed test like this you have 3 important metrics...

 

  1. Download (Mbps): Simplest terms how fast your device receives data from the internet measured in Megabits per second (You want this to always be as HIGH as possible)
  2. Upload (Mbps): How fast data is sent from your device to the internet measured in Megabits per second (You want this to always be as HIGH as possible)
  3. Ping (ms): The time it takes for a request to reach the internet measured in milliseconds (You want this to always be as LOW as possible
All of this depends on a wide variety of factors and as long as you are connected to the internet theoretically you can use the app. However, we recommend the bare minimum before it starts to be ridiculously slow would be something like:
~5-10 Mbps Download/Upload speed
anything under 100-200ms should also be fine.
