How do I submit a claim?
If there’s an emergency, contact emergency services immediately if the situation requires necessary action and assistance.
- Upon return to the dock it is critical to gather all information around the accident:
- You will need to file an incident report in the vQuip app during check-out/the end rental phase. Making sure everything is signed off on.
- Make sure you have accurate and clear pre and post rental photos of the vessel.
- Was a third party involved? Document all damages as well and collect contact information for those involved.
- Get a recorded or written statement about what happened from all parties involved.
- You will need to file an incident report in the vQuip app during check-out/the end rental phase. Making sure everything is signed off on.
For the person filing the claim:
- If you need to submit a claim, visit this link to submit a claim form: www.vquip.com/claims
- You will receive an email confirmation that your claim has been received once submitted
- At this point, we have passed along the first notice of loss and claim information to One80 Intermediaries, the managing general agent behind the insurance policy. They will be reaching out to you to handle the claim and go through the claims adjustment process.
