Mobile App Not Loading
Here's the troubleshooting process!
TROUBLESHOOTING ORDER OF OPERATIONS!
- Head to the app store and make sure you are running the latest version of the vQuip OS app
- Pull/Swipe down on the schedule page to refresh the app page
- Click the '3 lines/menu' button in the top left hand corner, click the 'Reset Cache' button to restart your session
- Click 'Update App' to make sure you are up to date with the version
- Click 'Logout' and log back in
- Close out the mobile app entirely and restart the application
