We just finished and forgot to enter the promo code. The reservation has been closed but we want to give the customer the discount, how can we do that in the reservation?

Wait for your funds to settle (usually takes around 24hrs), then refund them what would of been the discount amount.

In order to refund that specific amount, you just need to wait for the funds to settle. Usually you can do this after 24 hrs. Once they have settled, you can enter a custom amount into the refund field and you will be able to send them back the percentage of the rental cost you wanted to discount.

 

How To Refund the Customer:

To issue a refund for a customer, you will click the 'Actions' button on the reservation, click 'Refund' and then you'll be able to manually refund whatever amount you want by editing the refund amount at the bottom of the pop-up screen. If the refund amount is grayed out and unable to be edited, this is because the funds still need to settle before allowing you to issue a partial refund (the funds normally take about 24 hours to settle).
