Why is my Fareharbor booking not appearing in vQuip?
Most times a reservation fails to pull through our integration the problem stems from a missing renter email, renter phone number, or bad inputs in Fareharbor. Below are the most common causes of failures and how you can troubleshoot them:
- Missing renter email address
- The most common cause of a reservation not pulling into your vQuip account is a missing renter email address; Fareharbor doesn't require renters to enter their email address, however, we need an email address to send documents and insurance policies to!
- **Solution: Remake the reservation or use the 'rebook' option in Fareharbor to add the main renter's email to the reservation.

- Bad inputs
- Similar to the first two issues, other fields in Fareharbor, when entered incorrectly, can prevent reservations from pulling into your vQuip account.

- Invalid Product Name
- A less common but still relevant issue we see with our integration is when a product's name changes in Fareharbor; We do not automatically record changes made to product names and we require that the product name on Fareharbor be the exact same as it is on vQuip.
- Solution: Check the product name for recent changes that may not have been communicated to vQuip, if this is the case you can change the name of the product in vQuip on your admin account or reach out to us for assistance in doing so!
None of the above...
