Why isn't my customer getting charged taxes and fees upon registration?
This is due to the payment setting that is set up in your account.
When the payment feature is set to 50/50 (meaning 50% of rental is charged upon booking and the remaining 50% is charged upon launch) the taxes and fees will not be charged until the rental is launched so that in the case you may have to issue a refund, you don't have to worry about also refunding those fees. As soon as the rental is launched, those taxes and fees will be charged.
Note:
When you schedule a reservation, the fee breakdown will not show on your end, but they will be added to the reservation automatically and the customer will see those charges when they are completing their reservation in that specific reservation, you won't see the fee charges until the reservation is launched since that is when the fee charges will officially go through.
